Hi Fidelity Fiddle Heads

Fiddle Heads and horse’s tail with organic garlic and sorrel seared in butter on a cast iron pan picked fresh from the forest floor.

Fiddleheads have antioxidant activity, are a source of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, and are high in iron and fibre.





Recipe for Hi Fidelity Fiddle Heads and Horse Tail 

  • 4 Cups fresh chopped fiddle heads
  • 4 Cups Horse Tail
  • 4 Cloves organic Garlic
  • 4 Cups fresh chopped sorrel
  • Lemon Juice, Salt and Pepper

Butter melted in a cast iron pan add greens

Young and tender horse tail are also high in nutrients for what better way to get with an invasive species than to eat it.
